Emma Balshaw

Registered Occupational Therapist

Emma is a Registered Occupational Therapist who helps adults manage anxiety, ADHD, burnout, and other challenges that can make daily life and work feel overwhelming. With a practical, laid-back, and client-centred approach, she helps people build routines, habits, and strategies that make life feel more manageable—without taking themselves too seriously. When she's not in the clinic, Emma is probably with her standard poodle, Jessie. She grew up in a rural dairy-farming community in New Brunswick and could tell you a thing or two about cows.
